Holy mother of something. I started this drawing at roughly 1:30 PM today. It is now quarter after 8 PM.
I don't know if it took me so long because I've gotten slow, or maybe because I was in five or six different conversations at the same time.... X 3x Either way, I am now hurting all over. But yay. X3 I am rather pleased with the turn out.. there are a few things I might try to fix later on, but meh. In case you were wondering about the reddish tint, I edited the brightness on the computer program that came with my scanner after I scanned it -- it refused to pick up all of the shading. Reference Picture Used. Characters (left) Chikane Himemiya and (right) Himeko Kurusugawa and series, Kannazuki No Miko/Kannaduki No Miko do not belong to me. Rights go to the respective owners. Materials used: 0.7mm HB mechanical pencil, one square toilet paper. (for blending.) From the start:: WIP 1. WIP 2. [EDIT]:: Oh gawsh.. I just noticed that it looks like Chikane has horns coming out of her head. ;w; ... kind of fitting, with the contents of episode 8.. ehehe. Heh. T___T |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
